2016 Information coming soon
Lotus Cars will be bringing a selection of vehicles to exhibit during the event.
In addition to Lotus Cars, the various Lotus dealers exhibiting at the Festival will also be bringing examples from the current Lotus range.
Exige S Roadster
More raw than a Japanese tasting menu, the Lotus Exige S Roadster combines its coupé twin’s mesmerizing grunt and handling with an open air experience that makes the driver feel all the more at one with the road.
It’s the first time an Exige model has been offered with a factory-fitted soft top roof, one which is typically lightweight and easy to put up and take down. In true Lotus fashion the finely tuned suspension delivers a responsive ride and sublimely agile handling, whilst the supercharged 3.5 V6 engine with race-derived technologies delivers stunning performance. Reaching 100 kph from standing in 4 seconds (0 – 60 mph in 3.8 seconds) and 0 – 160 kph (0 – 100 mph) in 8.5 seconds this little roadster packs a punch both on and off the track.
Elise S Club Racer
With the Elise CR, Lotus has gone even further to deliver the most tactile Elise ever – without losing an ounce of style.
Powered by the same 1.6-litre engine as the standard Elise, this stripped-back racer is an uncompromised sports machine that doesn’t just deliver on the road. An amazing 24kg lighter than standard and the addition of Eibach anti-roll bar and springs plus Bilstein sports dampers mean the Elise CR provides fingertip responsiveness on the racetrack too. Handling is assisted further with the latest Lotus Dynamic Performance Management (DPM) system, and selectable Sport setting, giving the driver ultimate power and control.
Evora Sports Racer
The Evora Sports Racer is available with either the 3.5 litre DOHC V6 VVTi 24-valve or Supercharged 3.5 litre DOHC V6 VVTi 24-valve power train, and with either 6 speed manual or IPS transmission.
Loaded with optional extras and the 2+2 seating option as standard. The ‘Sports Pack’ provides switchable sports mode with sharper throttle response, increased rpm limit and sportier setting for Dynamic Performance Management (DPM), sports diffuser and cross-drilled brake discs, whilst the Tech pack adds on the gadgets, cruise control, tyre pressure monitoring, rear parking sensors, upgraded speakers, mp3/dvd player. This is topped off with electric power-fold mirrors and a reversing camera as standard.
Exige S
The Exige S takes corners better than Pele.
From headlights to rear wing, its aggressive stance underlines a performance pedigree few can match. Its 345 hp (350 PS) supercharged V6 engine is not for the faint hearted. Track-inspired details such as the all-new aerodynamic package through to its race-inspired steering wheel and supportive seats amplify its potent abilities.
The thrill a Lotus gives you comes from the sensation of intimacy with the car. You would not expect any less though from a car developed for drivers by drivers. Expertly developed by the renowned Lotus ride and handling team at the Hethel test track, its dynamic capabilities are awe-inspiring in the way that only a Lotus can be.
