The Lotus Cortina Register was formed in 1979. Initially operating within Club Lotus, it became an independent club in 1980 and now has over 350 members. The club will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Lotus Cortina in 2013. Over 30 different cars will be in attendance on the club stand over the weekend of the Festival. The stand will feature an interesting display of both Mk1 and Mk2 Lotus Cortinas and this will include a significant number of cars that are fresh out of long term restorations.
